Mirador Estate as part of GRG is focused on investing in the UK real estate market, especially in the London residential real estate market and student accommodation. Mirador Estate has derived four investment strategies, buy and hold, fix and flip, property management and passive investments. These investment strategies are aimed at generating stable income and growing capital.
In order to implement the investment strategies, Mirador Estate is providing 4 main services: property investments, property sales & lettings, property management, property rental and student accommodations.
Buy to hold
Objective: To generate a stable source of rental income and capital appreciation over a specified Period.
Strategy:Focus on identifying and acquiring real estates in prime strategic locations around the UK especially in London. Rent/lease acquired real estate’s to targeted customers (students, professionals, families, offices and commercial).
Fix and Flip
Objective: To generate a short-term profitable return on invested capital.
Strategy: Focus on identifying and acquiring below market value properties with the aim of renovating and selling or renting them at a profitable margin within a specified period.
Objective: To generate a stable fee income through property management.
Strategy: Focus on providing property management services to high-end London properties. The target customers are high net-worth customers from the Middle East and Asia living in Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia, South Kensington and Chelsea.
Objective: To generate highly liquid cash flow in the form of dividend and sale of shares of REITs, REOCs and Real Estate ETFs.
Strategy: Apply Mirador’s real estate’s investment expertise in identifying liquid and high yielding publicly traded real estate investments with the aim of acquiring shares in publicly traded REIT, REOC and Real Estate ETFs.
